This is my first time to post a thread and i really appreciate any help from you guys..
I was installing Windows Server 2008 r2 Service pack 1 on my server pc. while installing, an error appears that my installation was unsuccessful and i need to run the Windows Update Readiness tool. i ran the tool and it ran perfectly but when i install the server 2008 r2 again, the same unsuccessful installation error appears again. i search for the log file of the readiness tool and here's what i got:

From here, i really don't have any idea on how to find and fix the errors of the log file.:huh: i would appreciate any help. thanks guys :wave:
