[SOLVED] Computer Hanging and CBS Error

Hi,
My computer has been hanging for no apparent reason, and I get a BSOD with whea_uncorrectable_error message.
It logs as a graphics drive crash/error but I'm not sure what to do.
I've also run sfc /scannow and I've come back with errors, I've attached the file below.
