Maybe I should reformat my system and get a clean install of those drivers. (When I upgraded to Win10 it installs my Intel LAN driver and the Realtek HD Audio Controller automatically that maybe screwing up the drivers) I better revert to win8.

I restarted the computer and it reduced. This time seems like the network card works perfectly, but HDAUDBUS.sys .

Try to remove completely intel online connect service. And if they didn't disappear with it, remove also Intel Technology Access Service and Intel Technology Access Legacy CsLoaderService.
