    Re: cracking/dropout audio problem.. (DPC?)

The most visible problem is you are using two or three firewalls:
    • windows firewall service is running
    • Kaspersky Internet Security includes a firewall module
    • MyFirewall 4.0 Service exists on your machine, even if it's stopped

Remove MyFirewall 4.0 completely, if you are not using it, and re-check windows firewall status (it should be enabled either windows firewall or Kaspersky firewall).

    Re: cracking/dropout audio problem.. (DPC?)

    Thanks for your kindness.

    I turned off Windows firewall.

cracking/dropout audio problem.. (DPC?)-dpc3-png (sorry for language)

and I removed MyFirewall 4.0 from my PC.

So Kaspersky is the only firewall on my PC.

    After all
Unfortunately, the audio is still cracking..

Here is my new trace.etl after disabling and removing : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkTRHfXmXU1sg9JmhDsMFPrqsN79tA

    thank you.

    Re: cracking/dropout audio problem.. (DPC?)

Is nProtect (nossvc.exe, nosstarter.npe) another antivirus? If yes, uninstall it (or use that instead of Kaspersky... I.e., use only one antivirus).

Try to update (or reinstall?) the driver(s) for your network adapter.
If your NIC is realtek RTL8168, it should be this: realtek.com.tw - Win8/8.1 setup for RTL8168 (click)

That should work also for RTL8168B, RTL8168C, RTL8168E, and other models... See next link:
