I searched the Internet and tried several solutions suggested : updated GPU driver and sound driver, and command "verifier /reset" There were some changes on LatencyMon, but the sound is still cracking. Please help me..

Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Age of system? (hardware) Age of OS installation? Have you re-installed the OS? The most visible problem is you are using two or three firewalls: windows firewall service is running Kaspersky Internet Security includes a firewall module MyFirewall 4.0 Service exists on your machine, even if it's stopped Remove MyFirewall 4.0 completely, if you are not using it, and re-check windows firewall status (it should be enabled either windows firewall or Kaspersky firewall).
