Corrupt WindowsApps file

Apparently someone on my Windows 8.1 tablet/pc messed around with the windowsapps file Trying to do whatever to an app. :banghead::banghead:Now no apps will open at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them but it isn't working. I've run the app fixer provided by windows still to no avail. Please help? The windows store will still work. Thanks :)
