i have serious problems with latency.
I am using windows 8 64 bit enterprise.
My setup:

I tried to switch most of my cotrollers to msi mode:
Sata i had already, but i have to installed intel rapid storage technology and it switch it automaticaly to msi mode, but storport.sys didn't better latency and addiditionaly iastor.sys start to show in latmon and make more latency, even i read, that it is crap, after i unistalled and it switches back to ms sata ahci cotroller i could feel difference, with my mouse movement, it felt faster.
And what about usb i had here
Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26 latest version and same it refused to switch, to msi mode.
Now i have here microsoft standard enhanced pci to usb host controller, from 2006, because last controller dissapeared from my system after i blocked it in gpedit.msc, after i allowed all drivers again, it starts to show in device manager this...
So i start to search for driver for this and it took me to intel engine management, after i installed it microsoft driver from year 2006 standard enhanced pci to usb host controller still persist and i didn't update, dont know why.
Sorry it is tough for talk about it, for me, i am completely confused with drivers.
All i need fix somehow, someway usbport.sys, nvlddmkm.sys and ndis.sys.
I have intel gigabit ct desktop adapter i downloade latest drivers from
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21642/Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-8- , which is from 06/02/2015 and in device manage it shows 19.6.2013
Ndis.sys i tried to fix by tuning nic, switching of interrupt moderation, iner frame spacing, flow control, or rss enable/disable, nothing had any impact off or on.
Also i tunned my neths int tcp show global setting:

unfortunately windows cant switch to custom mode and it doesnt allow modify initial congestin windows and del ack tick timeouts, so default template is internet.
I explorer thousand sites and write to 100 forums and i wasn't able find anything usefull.
I can't play cs go, because i am ovewflowed with latency.
