I tried calling windows support about it, but they want me to pay $90 for them to remote into my computer to fix it. Windows Defender and Malwarebytes both report 0 infected files on my computer. Googling ieframe.dll errors led me to a windows help article about running sfc /scannow. Googling more eventually brought me here and in the end I uninstalled the KB3022345 update, and now sfc comes up clean, but that did nothing to resolve my issue with ieframe If anyone has any insight into this problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.
