I have done a bit of research and managed to create a CPU.etl file which an be viewed here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/thykrdpg92xocjt/CPU.etl?dl=0 I am running Windows 8.1 HP Envy 17 If you need any more information I am able to provide it :) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have an Internet Security Suite installed such as Norton, McAfee, KIS, etc... - remove it. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase
