The problem started when I bought my Kingston 60GB SSD and installed it with Windows 8.1 64bit OS. My specs: Gigabyte GA-MA74GMD-S2 AMD Athlon X3 3.10GHz Sapphire HD5750 512MB Kingston 60GB SSD sata 3, Samsung 128HDD ATA 4GB RAM So, I installed the OS, everything worked like a charm, after I installed my Google Chrome and clicked on a youtube HD video or a Twtich HD stream, sound and video were lagging, even my mouse lagged too. In the process manager I saw a process called System Interruptions, used around 20-40% of the CPU,while Chrome or any process didn't use above 10%. I looked after the problem, I read that usually drivers cause this problem, so I updated every driver I could, I even updated my bios too. It didn't solve the problem.I installed Latencymon and it said: ndis.sys Highest execution: 72,644579 usbport.sys Highest execution: 66,294512 HDAudBus.sys Highest execution: 48,778782 dxgkernel Highest execution: 48,751122 ataport.sys Highest execution: 48,649046 I unplugged everything from USBs, only my mouse attached, tried to unplug my CD drive, and the other HDD, the problem stayed. After a few hours of searching, trying to fixing, rebooting and stuff, the problem completely disappeared for 4 days. Today, I ran a program called Revo Uninstaller PRO, and the problem came back immidiately. Sorry for my bad english. Could somebody help me? Here's my xperf log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b0o654b0jxcavl6/CPU.zip?dl=0

Could you please provide a screenshot of running OpenHardwareMontitor to see the temperatures of your system?
