Laptop Lagging

HI, I bought an Acer AspireV5-473PG about 3 months ago. In the beginning it was working fine. After about 2 months of usage, the laptop starts to lag. Just to open an Microsoft word document will require me to wait for about 2 minutes. The laptop is very lag/slow to open any software. Occasionally the program will not be responding.

Please download the zipped file of HWMonitor from here:

HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

Once downloaded, extract the file and run the program for your OS.

Then please post two screenshots. One with the laptop at idle and the other with the machine under load.
