I only use a few apps....weather, text now, one drive and maps. They take up to 30 seconds or more to open up. Anybody have any idea on why?

After running the trouble shooter, it found some errors that couldn't be fixed. Then running the WSReset.exe which took some time complete....all my apps seem to open in 3 - 5 seconds now.
