Hello again!
That is good news with the sound :)
The situation is mixed though. All of the files SFC & System Update Readiness Tool reported as corrupt, and which I fixed, are indeed fixed and no longer corrupt.
Unfortunately, as you yourself noticed, SFC is still failing. On three new corruptions, which weren't in your original logs.
The only plausible explanation for this is, regrettably, hardware failure. If you like I can help you try to determine which piece of hardware is failing, and how replaceable it would be.
First - backup all important data to an external hard drive, another computer, cloud storage (e.g. Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.). Ideally in more than one place.
This is absolutely essential. If this computer has hardware failure, and it is corrupting Windows files, all of your personal files are also at risk. Please backup all important data now, ideally without overwriting existing backups (we don't want to overwrite older, good backups with new, corrupt files).
Then, I suggest you run SeaTools for Windows:
How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support
to test your hard disk drive. I feel that this is the most likely source of the failure.
I suggest you run the Short Drive Self Test, Short Generic and Long Generic (can take several hours). If any of them fail it essentially means the hard disk drive is dead and needs to be replaced. We can talk more about that if you get that result. How old is the PC, and is it a Desktop or Laptop? What make and model number?
All the best,
Richard
