The second issue is more very simple, does not require much knowledge.
just need to skillfully edit the registry :lol: or set up a very large pagefile +/-24 GB

DCOM got error 1290 when you try to start the service winmgmt of arguments in order to run the server:
{8BC3F05E-D86B-11D0-A075-00C04FB68820}
