Usually this shows up as being caused by ndis.sys and nvlddmkm Other times there are just random pops all the way to the top The issues seem to come and go. sometimes it is horrible, but at it's best, there are still the pops in red, at least every minute or two. I've tried installing the latest drivers that I can find for all of my hardware.
