Heavy Latency with ndis.sys dxgkrnl.sys and ataport.sys

I've been having alot of dpc latency for about 6 months now and only recently discovered the cause. Now I'm starting to play Dota 2 alot more seriously so my pc freezing up sporadically isn't helping

. It seems to spike alot more when I'm using Google Chrome. I'll post my specs.

Running Win 7 64 bit Home Prem. that I just fresh reinstalled last week
Nvidia GTX 560 with GeForce 340.52 Driver (Latest since this post)
i5 2k quad core @ 3.30ghz
12 GB of ram though thats not too relevant.
WD 500 gig harddrive, can't remember the speed.
My Motherboard is an Asus P8P67LE

There are hundreds of these kinds of threads on the internet and I've yet to find one that solves this for me. I would really appreciate it if I could finally get this fixed. Thanks.
