What are the affects of high DPC latency/ DPC latency spikes?

I seem to be getting slightly high DPC latency, Just browsing the web I may get latency of 250-600u. I notice a pop in audio when I start/ stop youtube videos (as well as at the end of Windows notification sounds). In *some* youtube videos I can hear very faint pops in the background.
I've also noticed that sometimes (quite rarely) when I'm watching Netflix, i'll get a split second freeze (Once I recorded this with LatencyMon and it showed a DPC latency spike).
Also in *some* games I notice some slight audio crackling/ popping.

My DPC latency isn't constantly EXTREMELY high in the red zone like some people. But I'm wondering what kinds of affects this could have on my computer. I've been researching some stuttering issues in some games, that I have no been able to figure out.
Can DPC latency spikes cause frametime spikes/ microstutter in games? Can slightly high DPC latency cause mice with high DPI to feel slightly sluggish? I know with extremely high DPC latency this would be present, but what about with graphs that look more like mine?

Its currently extremely late, but I do plan on uploading detailed diagnostics information in a separate post, such as the Dxdiag and Xperf trace logs, etc.

    Thank you
