Typical DPC latency for ndis.sys when close to saturating the NIC?

Trying to chase down DPC latency issues from ndis.sys & dxgkrnl.sys. I've been able to reproduce 6-8ms dpc latency spikes when downloading @ 60-80MB/s through qtorrent. Is this normal? When doing speed tests, it only spikes to ~800us.

Rig: 5930K, Asus x99 Deluxe, onboard Intel 211 gigabit NIC, Samsung 850 Evo SSD, Windows 10
