It is caused according to LatencyMon by ndis.sys. xperf trace: trace.etl - Google Drive Speccy: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/AE2OiQKCxawaeIiahM4swKQ Additional info: System Manufacturer? MSI Laptop or Desktop? Laptop Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) GP60-2PEi585FD (MS-16GH) OS ? Windows 10 Pro Version 1703 build 15063.608 64-bit What was original installed OS on system? I think it was FreeDOS Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full version by my university in the Microsoft Dreamspark Project Age of system? (hardware) 2-3 year (bought 2 years ago, but it was the last model in the store) Age of OS installation? ~ 1 year Have you re-installed the OS? 2 months ago CPU Intel Core i5 4210H @ 2.90GHz RAM 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz Video Card 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce 840M Is driver verifier enabled or disabled? Probably enabled , I didn't turn it off What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) Avast Free Antivirus Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? Only occasionally I use my university VPN, at the times of the issue I didn't use it anytime Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) Daemon Tools , but it was closed at the time of the issue. Are you currently under/overclocking?
