One seems to lose them every time it is patched. The other loses the settings at random and sometimes several times in a day. Is this a known issue that has a fix?

The fix I used in 1607 was: Navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages Remove the Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe directory (you may need to log out and log back in prior to this step if the directory will not delete due to being in use) Restart the computer Open PowerShell in elevated mode (Run as administrator) Run the following command: Code: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}
