When I go into the Movies & TV app to download them I get this: "Can't download We can't get to the file for this item. Make sure another app isn't using it, that you can access the place the file is stored, and that your network's proxy settings are correct. Then try again. 0xc00d11d2 (0x80070005)" Can anyone help? Have tried signing in and out the Microsoft account within the Movies & TV app to fix but it didn't work.

I'm not sure I can help but would like some clarification. You said you tried signing in and out of Microsoft, but it didn't work. Were you able to sign in? I found this which suggests Raptr is causing the problem some folks. There seems to be lots of users with this problem, and lots of fixes, as seen here.

I don't have Raptr. The fixes suggested by others seem to be for Windows 8 or for music and can't find ones applicable to me.

You have to open Windows PowerShell as an administrator, put this in Get-AppxPackage *zunevideo* | Remove-AppxPackage , let it do its thing, then restart the computer, then redownload the app. If anyone is having issues with Groove Music, replace the word video with music in the command.
