If using an Internet Security Suite w/3rd party (non-Windows) firewall, see if removing it helps. Be sure to use the appropriate removal tool, if applicable - Antivirus Uninstallers - Carrona.org Sorry, I don't yet know how to read the logs you attached. Hopefully, someone that does will do so & post.
