I was trying to analyze the XPERF trace file (I am a complete beginner at these XPERF beasts
), I noticed spikes. Do you see those purple spikes? Those spikes are of RazerComms.exe . As per the screenshot, the RazerComms.exe is dealing with almost 5 times of Data Points (Literal meaning would be packets of Data) during those spikes as compared to CS:GO :tongue10:. Since you are actually facing audio stuttering, I won't be very surprised if this is causing the problems.
Could you please detach your Razer Headset physically and then try seeing if the audio stuttering is still happening or not? Also, please make sure that the Sound Card's drivers are up-to-date.
While you are troubleshooting, please kill/disable Outlook 2013 as we are dealing with this. I saw that it is taking it's sweet time to do things as well.
