This was by creating a new user account - the Store worked in this new account and then immediatly started working in my "old" account. (See post in this forum under my name) Good Luck, Jim

None of your files or settings will be affected...

I irhyiku New member Joined Aug 16, 2015 Posts 3 Aug 19, 2015 #6 dism failed. I tried creating a new account and it wouldnt work for that account either, so I gave up and just "upgraded" back to Windows 10 and now everything works great again.. No idea what caused this. But thank you for that idea!
