I google'd a bit and found out that my DPC is very high(around 1000) when not using, around 16K's when audio stutters happen. I tried https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...c-latency-issues-wpa-windows-vista-7-8-a.html but couldn't do it because the tutorial is made for windows 8 and I got other errors in windows 10. I tried using latencymon, and found out that ndis.sys is causing the problems. Any idea how to fix this? Installing the latest audio drivers now. edit: Latest audio drivers are installed from asus' driver site. will edit if the problem persists.

The cause is not ndis.sys, but likely some other 3rd party driver. ndis.sys can only be updated by Microsoft, like other Windows drivers. What anti-virus & firewall do you have installed? What audio is installed? How old are the drivers?
