How to restore SendTo menu behavior - build 10122

I lost my SendTo context menu with 10122.
I can select SendTo, but only get the option to send to Bluetooth
I went into AppData and deleted the Bluetooth, and now the SendTo context menu is blank - yet the entries in AppData are all present.
FYI - there were 2 Bluetooth entries and I deleted the first one.

Any ideas on how to go about fixing this?
I haven't tried to see if DISM is working in this build, nor have I tried the workaround for making DISM work.

Build 10130 for me still shows a functional "SendTo" context menu object. Trying to upgrade to the newest build right now.

Build 10158 fixed my other explorer problems - yet the SendTo problem still exists for me.
