I am trying to upgrade to Windows 10, and after the update downloads I get a message saying "Modern Setup Host has stopped working" and the update freezes... HELP PLEASE

Try running the installation using the Media Creation Tool: Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help
If the installation fails, attach C:\Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupAct.log and SetupErr.log
