Hello,
I am having the following problems on my Windows 10 laptop.
1. Tried updating "2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5016616)". The following error code came back (0x80073712).
2. When I click on the "networks" button on my taskbar, the windows that displays wireless networks available does not come up.
3. In Settings>Update & Security>Windows Security, clicking the "Open Windows Security" button brings up the "blue screen with white shield" screen, but then it goes away. I cannot view anything related to windows security. This happens if I click any of the "Protection Areas" displayed in the Windows Security window.
This is all I've noticed so far. I am an administrator on my account.
Ran Sfc /scannow. No integrity violations.
Ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. Operation completed successfully.
Ran SFCFIX.exe from the desktop. Due to nature of corruptions, scan increased to 15-20 minutes. Operation completed successfully. No corruptions detected.
I have attached the CBS log files from WINDOWS/logs.
Thank you in advance,
Steve
