So I just noticed that my laptop has not been downloading updates for a long time now. When I click on Windows Update it says to restart my computer cause it cannot update important files and services while the system is using them but I tried to restart it multiple times and it still says the same thing. I tried a few different things from the microsoft website forums(there fix-it, resetting windows update through cmd) but none of that seemed to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the output of the SFCFix:
SFCFix version 2.4.1.0 by niemiro.
