Windows Updates won't install

Hi !

I am encountering a problem when trying to install the latest updates. Download of said updates starts then immediately stops before it event reaches 1% with error code 0x80070570.

I tried running sfc /scannow, but I get an error message telling me Windows could not start the repair service.

I tried running DISM but I get Error 193.

In last resort, i even tried reinstalling from USB with a key i created with the media creation tool : it stops after a while with a simple "Error during installation".
I feel quite cornered here. If anyone has any idea, i'm ready to try anything :)
