Windows Updated - Error encountered (it's been a while now)

Hello,

I've got some problems with my update. Sometime during startup it tries to install and I look at that blue screen going around for 10 minutes but always nothing. I tried to:
  1. Perform cleaning on HD
  2. removing Windows update folder multiple times, trying to re-download everything
  3. exclude that particular update (doesn't seem to work)
  4. Trying to install the update through new Windows ISO. Didn't proceed on that one because it stated that my file would be deleted cause of different version.
The error I have is: Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80070570)

Any solution? What can I give you for more info
 
Tried to reset windows update but still got the error
Downloaded and launched another application found but nothing also there
Tried to update in Safe mode but Windows update is disabled
