Having issues with windows update, for the update “2022-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5013942)” I get “Download error - 0x800736b3” the overall OS seems unstable as well, is my mums laptop, and she said few times windows will load and do a check as issues found. She also cannot launch Solitaire Collection from Microsoft Games, opens and closes - have tried doing an app reset and app uninstall but still persists.
  • To overcome the update problem, I ran a windows restore, but that failed saying something went wrong
  • I also attempted to run SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 but crashed.
  • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth gives a Error 2
  • When running sfc /scannow I get a errors (i have uploaded the crash dump when asked)

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Download the
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link

  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Hi,

Can you please zip the following dump file, attach it to your next post..

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\052522-9468-01.dmp

Hi,

I think it would be better to start a new thread in the BSOD section first to resolve these problems. Please follow the posting instructions and start a new thread in this subforum. Once this is resolved we can move on to fix the update problems.

Your welcome! It looks like there is a memory problem, so I will keep an eye on that thread as well.
