Windows Update, sfc & dism not working just dont work Windows 10 22H2 x64

I dont know when windows had stopped updating and im pretty sure its taking a toll on my computer.

I only get this error code when trying to download the update. 0x80004002

I have tried some of the usual fixes doing research. I did the sfc scan now and it would say "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"

Aswell as DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth which would result in a error 998

Ive tried every result under google like running the troubleshooter aswell add stop and starting the update services.

Im really hoping I dont have to do a fresh install on windows.

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
