[SOLVED] Windows Update, SFC, DISM, in-place reinstall not working

Hello.
I have some problems with Windows Update - can't install new updates, it always fails. And something is blocking me from using the "sfc /scannow" and "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth"

sfc /scannow
Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Error: 1114

And it does not work in safe mode. I tried to do an in-place upgrade but that also failed.

I found the SFCFix for my windows version in another thread. And it worked. Thanks.
