Windows Update, SFC and DISM failing

I've been researching for days upon days and stumbled upon an old forum post from here that seems to have the same issue that miraculously you resolved:

Hi all,

First, let me thank everyone in advance for trying to help me with this, I'm absolutely at my wits end with this problem. I think I've Googled for the past 3 days anything and everything I can about these issues, but I feel like it's just getting worse. I REALLY don't want to reinstall Windows if my life can depend on it because I use my laptop for work as well, and it would be agonizing trying to set everything up again. Obviously I'll do that if I absolutely have to, but I'm hoping that's the worst case scenario.

Here's a quick run-down of what I've been experiencing so far...

Going through the post I found all the same issues with CBS Workers, F! Mark Count Mismatch, etc.

I checked a few of the stickied threads but I have no clue how you go about creating a replacement reg entry with a working fix.
Happy to send through any necessary files and appreciate of your time and guidance on the issue.
