Windows Update not working Windows 8.1 Pro

I am working on a surface tablet that is unable to get Windows updates from WSUS, I can get them directly from Microsoft. I get error this code when trying to check for updates on the network Error code 800B0001. I ran sfc /scannow and got a message that errors were found but could not be repaired. I ran the dism tool and it was not able to perform the repairs either. I attached the CBS log file, so I am not spinning my wheels here can someone give me an idea of how I should spend my time on this. I have read that it could be a virus type issue or that I may have to copy files over from another computer. I just want to get this fixed without troubleshooting the wrong thing.

What you need to do is replace this file \SystemRoot\WinSxS\amd64_prncacla.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.16384_none_9590ba64d5b91f79\Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB with a non corrupt version.

As you are part of a network, do you have Admin credentials? I can provide a fix that will repair this file for you but it will require admin credentials.
