Windows Update Not updating important files

Hello , this is my first thread in this forum , and I really need help with this problem that I have know and it really annoys me..
Everytime I try to update it says
Error Found
Code 80246008 Windows update found an unknown error.
It always sayd that.. And it annoys me as hell.. Can someone help me? I already run Fix It but still.. its the same

I already did what was in there, saw other threads and everything but it keeps persisting on that error.. I can't play some games because of that I think but even if it wasn't for the games I just want to update my computer.. If this persist do you recommend upgrading from W7 to W8?
