Hi guys,
i have have had this issue for a while now where i am getting a windows update error with the error code being 80070002 sometimes it also shows up as 800B0001.
I have tried multiple times to install the windows update KB976932 but i can never get it to work.
I have taken Windows advice by trying the system Update readiness tool and then the Windows Fix It troubleshooter.
But none of these have fixed my issue at all.
I am not very technical when it comes to registry issues and things such as this so i am completely clueless.
Please help me out here the best you guys can in a way that i can understand :)
