[SOLVED] Windows Update KB4503292 installs then reverts changes Windows 7 SP1

Hello,

I can't get KB4503292 to install on Windows 7 SP1
I ran SURT and was able to get another failed update to install KB (KB4474419) but not KB4503292. It appears to install, then a reboot is required and then the changes are reverted
Have run sfc /scannow also but issue remains
Please find CBS folder directly after this happens
