The Windows update KB3000850 fails every time I try to install it.

As described in "Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions", the CBS.zip file is in this link (it's over the size limit for upload):

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B835ALmra1KlVlY2eURMVnJFYnM
(if it does not work, please let me know)

And the complete logfile from SFCFix.exe :

Hello and welcome

Due to the precise nature of your corruption, you will receive help from a user named Aura. He's one of our senior trainees here who's in his final phrase of his studies and needs to gain some real world experience in specific areas of Windows Update. This means that he'll be assisting you, but that I will first need to double check and approve his fixes before he posts them to you. If anything this is a good thing for you because it means that you've got at least two of us watching over your thread, but it will unfortunately add a slight delay between each reply. I hope that you understand and can accept the need for us to train up new members in this way in order to carry on doing what we do here, however, if for any reason you object to this setup, I will happily take on your thread myself.

Thank you very much for your understanding. We'll be with you very shortly.

Hello Brian.

Thank you.
I just realized that after I executed SFCFix.exe and made a shutdown (not restart), the update was completed successfully. I just checked in Windows Update. It did not happen when I just made the restart.
So, I want to thank you anyways for your attention. I think it's best to delete this thread. Or should I just let it as SOLVED?
Thanks.

Hi paternost :)

My name is Aura and I'll be assisting you under Brian's supervision (like he explained already). I tried to download your CBS.zip file from your Google Drive, but it seems that I don't have access to it and I need to ask you for it. Is it possible to give a public download URL for it so I can download it even without asking for permission (otherwise I need to send you my personal information). Thank you :)

Edit: It seems that we posted at the same time, I'll wait for Brian's reply on this one.
