I need help updating my Windows 10 SL 64-bit (10.0 Build 19045) laptop it keeps failing updates see listed errors bellow. Whenever my laptop tries to update it keeps failing to install and says, "something went wrong, undoing changes." something like that. Now it is downloading again, and I think it will attempt to install these updates again once I reboot only to fail again (already did 5 tries).
Also, I'm trying to follow the Microsoft Support workaround instructions for known issues in KB5028166, but I don't know how to extract the cab files as instructed. Here is the link scroll down and you'll see the known issues section.
