Windows Update has always and will continue to have problems

Windows update seems to be what keeps you guys busy.
That is true. But the problem really needs to be put into perspective. Depending on the source, there are about 700 to 900 million devices running Windows 10 right now, expected to hit 1 billion early in 2020 when support for W7 ends in a couple weeks.

By far, the vast majority of Windows 10 users don't have problems with Windows Update. That's pretty remarkable, really. Consider the fact virtually all those systems became unique computers within minutes after being booted the first time. User setup their own user accounts, personalizations, networking, security, installed and attached hardware (from 100s of different makers) and installed programs (from 100s of different developers).

I personally have 6 Windows 10 systems here, 3 updated from W7 and 3 built from scratch with W10. And I have never had a Windows Update problem that was not cleared by a simple reboot, or by waiting a week or two for MS to release a fix. No Windows Update ever made any of my computers unusable. It is my experience that my situation is pretty typical.

The problem is, when Windows Update does break, and a reboot or patience does not fix it, there are very few places one can go to get expert help. Sysnative has cornered the market, so to speak and all the top experts are here (I'm not one of them, BTW. I just do hardware. I'm just fortunate to be able to rub shoulders with them.).

I use this analogy elsewhere but it fits here too. If you were to walk into the service center of a Toyota dealer and saw nothing but broken down Toyotas all over the place, you might get the impression that Toyotas are lousy, unreliable cars. But we all know that is not true. The fact is, Toyotas are extremely reliable and typically offer years of reliable, trouble free service. The same is true with W10 (including Windows Update). But when one breaks, you take it to the dedicated top experts with confidence it will be fixed right. That's what softwaremaniac and his team of experts bring to Sysnative - dedicated top experts who fix it right. :) I'm humbled by their dedication and expertise.
