Windows update fails to install- Hydration failed with error NTSTATUS_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_INVALID_DATA)

Windows Server 2022 is failing to install updates. Have checked Windows Image for corruption and SFC but that is not showing any corruption. Logs attached.
