Windows Update fails and SFC says some corrupt files cannot be fixed

It's a windows 7 op system and the error code I get from Windows Update is 80070490

Please try installing the update again, when it fails zip and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log with your reply.
If the zip is larger than 8MB, please use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link instead.
