Windows Update failed error code: 800F0900

My last windows update is on 13 August 2014. Since then, no updates are successful:

I have tried Microsoft Update Diagnostic tools and Microsoft Fixit tool but still fail to run windows update.

I tried to run windows update today, the followings are the logs extracted from Windows Log file:

Lets take a look with another tool to see if something else gets identified.

Please follow the instructions Here to run the System Update Readiness Tool. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log
