Hi. I have issues running windows updates, it blue screens after a certain percentage.
I have tried to run SFC and DISM but they also fail due to corruption.

I have run the Components Scanner and it says there may be Major Hive Corruption.

I have screenshots of all the errors, as well as the CBS logs zipped up. If anyone is able to help I can send them over.

Thank you.

  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:

Hi,

Then I would suggest to backup all your personal data and reinstall Windows.
