Windows Update Error (code: 80246007 & 800B0100)

Hi,

I have tried many attempts to updating one of the computers in my network and I continue to get the same error code messages. I have tried:

• Running the Windows Update Troubleshooter
• System File Checker (No Corrupt/Missing files found)
• System Update Readiness Tool

None of the above has helped solve any issues. I have also gone as far as deleting all of the files in C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download and running all of the above mentioned tools with no luck still.

I mainly receive the error code 800B0100 but I have also seen the error code 80246007. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Aura,

Yes, I do. Unfortunately I have not been able to run the SURT tool yet. I will reply with the log file as soon as I am able to. Thank you.
