Windows Update Error 0x800f0983 - Server 2019

I have a 2019 server hasn't patched for several months, and I've tried everything so now asking for some additional assistance from this forum.
My environment won't allow me to download the Component Scanner, so hopefully you can get something from the attached CBS log(s).
The error is Windows Update Error 0x800f0983.
From the event log - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0983: 2025-04 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based Systems (KB5055519).
