Hello everybody,

Some weeks ago the system started with update errors 0x800f0831. I do not now the exact moment, but sincethen I can not get an update anymore.

After many attempts and searches on google I did some things I could find for this error. I did not install software or used strange things like scripts what so ever.

On google I found this forum, and this is kind of a last resort...... I hope someone can help out......

System:

Windows Server 2022, 21H2, Build 20348.3453

Hi @Radicofani,

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.

As I was trying to further solve this problem this weekend, wich I could not...... I have seen that update KB2267602 does seem to install but something failes because after a reboot it wants to install it again.

Update KB5060526 does install but failes after exactly 20%. Maybe this is info wich has an importance. I dont know...... I will now paitiently wait for a Sysnative "caretaker" to help me out with this problem.

Yhanks in advance.
