Windows update error 0x800700c1

This appears similar to [SOLVED] - Windows Update (error code 0x800700c1)


When I try to update it shows this

2025-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5060829) is available.

We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x800700c1).

I have tried to manually update with the standalone updater, it also fails.

I cannot upload files here for some reason so I will share the log files as links in my proton drive.
